Above change in layout would result in change of no. of flats in the society from 800 no.s to 1100no.s having the same area.
Also In addition to above the flat area for the Old customers has been increased by 10% and this increase is only in the Balcony Area which clearly indicates greed of Builder to extract more money from the existing customers. Now this confirmed by the behaviour of Builder, as he is not intimating old customers regarding the flat area change now as its over 4 months now.
